Starting Monday October 24th, at 5:34PM, our conversation background service started to be unhealthy. The issue did not trigger any of our alerts and we acknowledged the problem only on Tuesday October 25th, 8:30AM. Impacted services: - KB Training and publishing - KB export - Logic apps / power automate - Tests plans runs
Delayed services: - Getting inbox item from the bot - Adding a language to the bot
After investigation, we opened a Microsoft Azure case as we believed the issue was on their side. The issue was mitigated on Tuesday October 26th, around 10 AM and we are waiting for their final answer.
All impacted services should now be working as expected. All delayed services were processed after the restart.
